Fugitive
Dimitri Hérard
- Status
- Fugitive — escaped March 2024; NOT named in the U.S. Moïse indictments
- Role in the case

- Background
- Head of the USGPN, the National Palace security unit guarding the president's residence. Arrested in Haiti in July 2021; escaped in the March 2024 prison breaks. Sanctioned by the U.S. and UN in 2025 over alleged Viv Ansanm support — sanctions are not a Moïse-case charge.
