Jaar sentenced to life — the first U.S. sentence
Rodolphe Jaar, who pleaded guilty in March 2023, was sentenced to life in prison by Judge José E. Martínez — the first person sentenced in the U.S. case. His plea statement admitted providing personnel and funds, weapons money and bribes to Moïse's security detail, and sheltering Colombians after the attack.
