Prosecutor seeks charges against PM Henry over 4 a.m. calls — and is fired

Port-au-Prince prosecutor Bed-Ford Claude asked the investigating judge to charge Prime Minister Ariel Henry, citing two calls between Badio and Henry at 4:03 and 4:20 a.m. on July 7, and barred Henry from leaving Haiti. Henry fired Claude the same day and said he had no recollection of the calls. Henry has never been charged in the U.S. case and was not indicted in the Haitian judge's 2024 ordinance.
