Harricharan sentenced to 20 years — money laundering, not murder

Keegan Harricharan was sentenced to 20 years by Judge Becerra after pleading guilty to money-laundering conspiracy (related docket 26-cr-20054). Prosecutors proved he and Jacob Israel fraudulently obtained about $840,827 in PPP funds; roughly $175,000 moved through Harricharan's TNR Holding to Veintemilla in May 2021, plus $80,000 that June. Israel also pleaded guilty; his sentencing is set for December 2026. RNDDH cautions the traced ~$340,000 does not by itself establish the plot's full financing or its masterminds.
