Bergmann sentenced to 9 years — export offences only

Frederick Bergmann was sentenced to 9 years for conspiracy to commit export violations, false export information and smuggling ballistic vests. Prosecutors did not allege that he knew of the assassination plot itself; his guilty plea covered the export offences only.
